Small Business Basic Legal Insurance Plan
Unlimited phone consultations on small business legal matters (one per legal matter)
Up to 3 specialized phone consultations per membership year
Up to 1 hour of legal research per covered phone consultation
Up to 10 legal documents reviewed per membership year—up to 3 per month and each no more than 15 pages in length—related to business matters in which the member is named as a contracting party
One copyright application per membership year at 25% off the Provider Law Firm's standard hourly attorney's fees (doesn't include filing and search fees)
One trademark application per membership year at 25% off the attorney's standard hourly rate (doesn't include filing and search fees)
An employee handbook and any updates or revisions—customized to the laws in the state of the member’s principal place of business—once per membership year at 25% off the attorney's standard hourly rate
Up to 5 debt collection letters (in-state and out-of-state) per month prepared by the Provider Law Firm. Additional collection letters beyond the 15 per month can be provided at a flat rate of $75 per collection letter
The Provider Law Firm will prepare custom legal contracts for the Member—with each contract up to 25 pages in length—at the discounted rate of 25% off the attorney's standard hourly rate
Letters and phone calls to resolve legal matters (up to 3 per month and up to 10 per membership year)
The member will receive a 25% discount off the Provider Law Firm's standard hourly rate for negotiations, conferences, telephone conversations with the attorney, settlement conferences, representation, and other legal work related to IRS Audit legal work
The Provider Law Firm will file an initial Beneficial Ownership Information Report (BOIR) on behalf of the member. Updated Reports, Corrected Reports, Newly-Exempt Entity Reports, and any other filings are not included but are eligible for 25% off the Provider Law Firm's standard hourly attorney fee
The member has the right to receive a 25% discount off the Provider Law Firm's standard hourly attorney fee for business legal services that are not otherwise covered by the Small Business Basic Legal Insurance Plan
Small Business Growth Legal Insurance Plan
Unlimited phone consultations on small business legal matters (one per legal matter)
Up to 3 specialized phone consultations per membership year
Up to 1 hour of legal research per covered phone consultation
Up to 20 legal documents reviewed per membership year—up to 5 per month and each no more than 20 pages in length—related to business matters in which the member is named as a contracting party
One copyright application per membership year (doesn't include filing and search fees)
One trademark application per membership year (doesn't include filing and search fees)
An employee handbook and any updates or revisions—customized to the laws in the state of the member’s principal place of business—once per membership year for the flat fee of $750
Up to 10 debt collection letters (in-state and out-of-state) per month prepared by the Provider Law Firm. Additional collection letters beyond the 10 per month can be provided at a flat rate of $75 per collection letter
The Provider Law Firm will prepare custom legal contracts for the Member—with each contract up to 25 pages in length—for the flat fee of $250 per contract
Letters and phone calls to resolve legal matters (up to 5 per month and up to 20 per membership year)
Up to 25 hours of legal services from the Provider Law Firm when the member is notified in writing by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) of an audit, investigation, or examination of the member’s tax return
The Provider Law Firm will file an initial Beneficial Ownership Information Report (BOIR) on behalf of the member. Small Business Outside General Counsel Legal Insurance Plan
Unlimited phone consultations on small business legal matters (one per legal matter)
Up to 5 specialized phone consultations per membership year
Up to 1 hour of legal research per covered phone consultation
Up to 40 legal documents reviewed per membership year—up to 10 per month and each no more than 25 pages in length—related to business matters in which the member is named as a contracting party
One copyright application per membership year (doesn't include filing and search fees)
One trademark application per membership year (doesn't include filing and search fees)
An employee handbook and any updates or revisions—customized to the laws in the state of the member’s principal place of business—once per membership year for the flat fee of $500
Up to 15 debt collection letters (in-state and out-of-state) per month prepared by the Provider Attorney. Additional collection letters beyond the 15 per month can be provided at a flat rate of $75 per collection letter
The Provider Law Firm will prepare custom legal contracts for the Member—with each contract up to 25 pages in length—for the flat fee of $250 per contract

Up to 50 hours of legal services from the Provider Law Firm when the member is notified in writing by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) of an audit, investigation, or examination of the member’s tax return
