RCW 90.03.660 Expedited processing of applications—Notice to tribal governments.
The department must post notice on its web site and provide additional electronic notice and opportunity for comment to affected federally recognized tribal governments concurrently when providing notice to applicants under RCW 90.03.265, 90.03.655, and 90.44.540.
