2-1-1.8. (Text of section effective July 1, 2020) Petition circulator identification number and badge. Following receipt of any application under § 2-1-1.5 and a registration fee under § 2-1-1.7, if any, the secretary of state shall issue the petition circulator a circulator identification number and badge that contains the information required under § 2-1-1.9.
