§ 2-1-1.7 Registration fee for paid petition circulator.

2-1-1.7. (Text of section effective July 1, 2020) Registration fee for paid petition circulator. A paid petition circulator who registers under § 2-1-1.5 shall pay to the secretary of state a registration fee for each ballot question committee represented by the petition circulator. The registration fee for a paid circulator is twenty dollars. The registration fee shall be deposited in the state general fund.

The fee under this section does not apply to any volunteer circulator.
