In addition to the funds appropriated for fiscal year 2019-2020 in section 236, appropriations to the department of technology, management, and budget in the act providing general appropriations for fiscal year 2019-2020 for state building authority rent, totaling an estimated $144,995,300.00 provide funding for the state share of costs for previously constructed capital projects for state universities. These appropriations for state building authority rent represent additional state general fund support provided to public universities, and the following is an estimate of the amount of that support to each university:
