Sec. 236b.
In addition to the funds appropriated in section 236, there is appropriated for grants and financial aid in fiscal year 2019-2020 an amount not to exceed $6,000,000.00 for federal contingency funds. These funds are not available for expenditure until they have been transferred under section 393(2) of the management and budget act, 1984 PA 431, MCL 18.1393, for another purpose under this article.
