257.380 Regulations by Division of Animal Health to enforce KRS 257.370 to 257.460. The Division of Animal Health is hereby authorized to promulgate administrative regulations as may be necessary, after public hearing following due public notice, to carry out the provisions of KRS 257.370 to 257.460.
