257.370 Pullorum disease -- State and federal cooperation in regulations to control. In order to promote the poultry industry of this state, the Division of Animal Health of the Department of Agriculture is hereby authorized to cooperate with the United States Department of Agriculture in the promulgation and enforcement of regulations for the control and eradication of pullorum disease.
