Sec. 2.3. As used in this chapter, "food handling machinery" means any of the following used for and in food handling:
(1) Equipment.
(2) Appliances.
(3) Tools.
(4) Plumbing and related fixtures.
(5) Refrigeration devices.
(6) Heating, ventilation, and cooling equipment.
(7) Any other piece of equipment used for and in food handling.
