Any person who violates any provision of this part 10 is guilty of a petty offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars. Nothing in this part 10 shall preclude or preempt a municipality from enforcement of its local ordinances. Each day of violation shall be deemed a separate offense under this section.
