(1) This article is repealed, effective September 1, 2020. Upon repeal of this article, each cannabis credit co-op shall immediately cease its operation and take prudent and necessary steps to dissolve. Each co-op shall complete its dissolution by September 1, 2021.
(2) Prior to the repeal of this article, the department of regulatory agencies shall conduct a sunset review of the commissioner's regulation of cannabis credit co-ops as described in section 24-34-104 (5), C.R.S.
