Approved programs shall be posted for public reference on the ARC Branch Web site: http://www.ams.usda.gov/lsg/arc/audit.htm. Such postings shall include:
Program name and contact information,
Products or services covered under the scope of approval,
Effective dates of approval, and
Control numbers of official assessments, as appropriate, and
Any other information deemed necessary by the Branch Chief.
