A suspension pursuant to paragraph (b)(3) of § 1010.45 of this chapter shall be effected by service of a suspension order which shall contain:
An identification of the filing to which the order applies.
An identification of the amendment to the filing which generated the order.
A statement that the issuance of the order is necessary or appropriate in the public interest or for the protection of purchasers.
A statement that the order shall remain in effect until the amendment becomes effective.
A notice of the hearing rights of the developer under § 1012.235 and of the procedure for invoking those rights.
