A suspension pursuant to § 1010.45(b)(2) of this chapter shall be effected by service of a suspension order which shall contain:
An identification of the filing to which the order applies.
Bases for issuance of order.
A notice of the hearing rights of the developer under § 1012.235 the procedures for invoking those rights.
A statement that the order shall remain in effect until the developer has complied with the Director's requirements.
