RCW 71.24.250 Behavioral health organizations—Gifts and grants. (Effective until January 1, 2020.)

The behavioral health organization may accept and expend gifts and grants received from private, county, state, and federal sources.

The behavioral health administrative services organization may accept and expend gifts and grants received from private, county, state, and federal sources.
