RCW 70.58.098 Information regarding credit report security freeze. (Effective until January 1, 2021.)
The issuer of a certified birth certificate shall include information prepared by the department setting forth the advisability of a security freeze under RCW 19.182.230 and the process for acquiring a security freeze.
