RCW 68.50.240 Record of human remains to be kept. (Effective until May 1, 2020.)

The person in charge of any premises on which interments or cremations are made shall keep a record of all human remains interred or cremated on the premises under his or her charge, in each case stating the name of each deceased person, date of cremation or interment, and name and address of the funeral establishment.

Record of human remains to be kept. (Effective May 1, 2020.)

The person in charge of any premises on which final dispositions are made must keep a record of all human remains on the premises under his or her charge, in each case stating the name of each deceased person, date of final disposition, and name and address of the funeral establishment.
