RCW 68.05.205 Fees. (Effective until May 1, 2020.)
The director with the consent of the board shall set all fees for chapters 68.05, 68.20, 68.24, 68.28, 68.32, 68.36, 68.40, 68.44, and 68.46 RCW in accordance with RCW 43.24.086, including fees for licenses, certificates, regulatory charges, permits, or endorsements, and the department shall collect the fees.
