RCW 48.01.220 Mental health behavioral health organizations—Limited exemption. (Effective until January 1, 2020.)

The activities and operations of mental health behavioral health organizations, to the extent they pertain to the operation of a medical assistance managed care system in accordance with chapters 71.24 and 74.09 RCW, are exempt from the requirements of this title.

Behavioral health administrative services organizations—Exemption. (Effective January 1, 2020.)

The activities and operations of behavioral health administrative services organizations, as defined in RCW 71.24.025, are exempt from the requirements of this title.
