RCW 43.216.749 Child care subsidy rates—Use of cost model. (Expires January 30, 2025.)
(1) By January 1, 2025, the department of children, youth, and families must use the child care cost model developed under RCW 43.330.527 to determine child care subsidy rates.
(2) This section expires January 30, 2025.
