§ 55-179. (Repealed effective October 1, 2019) Lands may be committed to claimant while claim pending

Pending the petition the court may commit the lands, or any part thereof, to the claimant, on his giving bond with good security to pay the Commonwealth the rents and profits of the same, if the right be found for the Commonwealth.
