§ 5-305. Vacancy in the office of the President, Vice President, or Parliamentarian
In the event of the death, resignation, or disqualification of the President, Vice President, or Parliamentarian, the remaining City Council members shall elect a successor to serve until the next annual meeting. (Amended 2013, No. M-19 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. May 20, 2014.)
