§ 5-1402. Savings clause
The amendment of this chapter shall not affect any ordinance, resolution, or bylaw lawfully enacted, ordained, and established under the provisions of this chapter prior to the amendment, but the same shall be and remain in full force and effect until repealed, altered, or amended.
