§ 414-504. Warnings required
The Board of Supervisors of the District shall warn a District meeting by filing a notice with the town or city clerk of each member municipality and by posting a notice in at least three public places, and the additional public places as may be required by law, in each municipality in the District not less than 30 nor more than 40 days before the meeting. In addition, the warning shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the District once a week on the same day of the week for two successive weeks before the meeting, the last publication to be not less than five nor more than ten days before the meeting. This section shall not apply to the District informational meetings at which no voting is taking place. (Added 2019, No. M-2, § 2, eff. April 19, 2019.)
