§ 414-303. Chair
The Chair of the Board of Supervisors shall be the chief executive officer of the District. The Chair shall preside at all meetings of the Board and shall make and sign all contracts on behalf of the District upon approval by the Board of Supervisors of the District. The Chair shall perform all of the duties incident to the position and office. (Added 2019, No. M-2, § 2, eff. April 19, 2019.)
