§ 221-1.04. Construction
The powers of the Village under this charter shall be construed liberally in favor of the Village, and the specific mention of particular powers in the charter shall not be construed as limiting in any way the general power stated in this subchapter. (Amended 2013, No. M-6, § 2, eff. May 20, 2013.)
