§ 105-52. Specific conflicts
A Town officer (member) shall be disqualified from any proceeding in which his or her impartiality might reasonably be questioned as defined in the Administrative Code. (Amended 2005, No. M-5, § 4; 2017, No. M-8, § 2.)
