§ 721b. Districts established under prior law
All union school districts formed prior to July 1, 2007 are ratified and shall be governed by this chapter. (Added 1967, No. 277 (Adj. Sess.), § 37; amended 2007, No. 154 (Adj. Sess.), § 30.)
