(1) The authority is exempt from: (a)Title 51, Chapter 5, Funds Consolidation Act; (b) except as provided in Subsection (2)(b), Title 63A, Utah Administrative Services Code; (c)Title 63J, Chapter 1, Budgetary Procedures Act; and (d)Title 67, Chapter 19, Utah State Personnel Management Act.

(a)Title 51, Chapter 5, Funds Consolidation Act;

(b) except as provided in Subsection (2)(b), Title 63A, Utah Administrative Services Code;

(c)Title 63J, Chapter 1, Budgetary Procedures Act; and

(d)Title 67, Chapter 19, Utah State Personnel Management Act.

(2) The authority is subject to: (a)Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings Act; (b)Title 63A, Chapter 1, Part 2, Utah Public Finance Website; (c)Title 63G, Chapter 2, Government Records Access and Management Act; and (d)Title 63G, Chapter 6a, Utah Procurement Code.
