(1) The department, in cooperation with the coalition described in Section 35A-3-510, shall complete a statewide inventory of interested civic organizations, which inventory shall include for each participating civic organization: (a) a description of the services provided; (b) the geographical locations served; (c) methods of accessing services; and (d) eligibility requirements for services.

(2) The inventory shall be maintained, updated annually, and made available in a usable form as a resource directory for employment counselors in the department.
