(1) Except as provided in Subsections (2) and (3), a medical cannabis pharmacy may not advertise in any medium.

(2) Notwithstanding any municipal or county ordinance prohibiting signage, a medical cannabis pharmacy may use signage on the outside of the medical cannabis pharmacy that: (a) includes only: (i) the medical cannabis pharmacy's name and hours of operation; and (ii) a green cross; (b) does not exceed four feet by five feet in size; and (c) complies with local ordinances regulating signage.

(3) A medical cannabis pharmacy may maintain a website that includes information about: (a) the location and hours of operation of the medical cannabis pharmacy; (b) a product or service available at the medical cannabis pharmacy; (c) personnel affiliated with the medical cannabis pharmacy; (d) best practices that the medical cannabis pharmacy upholds; and (e) educational material related to the medical use of cannabis.
