(1) (a) Examination papers and related documents are the property of the commission and the commission shall preserve them until the expiration of the eligible register for which an examination is given. (b) Preservation of examination papers and related documents after the time period described in Subsection (1)(a) is subject to a retention schedule adopted by the commission.
