(1) (a) in a newspaper of general circulation in the county in which the municipality is located at least once a week for four consecutive weeks; (b) if there is no newspaper of general circulation in the county in which the municipality is located, by posting one notice, and at least one additional notice per 2,000 population of the county in places within the county that are most likely to give notice to the residents within, and the owners of real property located within, the county, including the residents and owners within the municipality that is dissolved; or (c) by mailing notice to each residence within, and each owner of real property located within, the county;

(c) by mailing notice to each residence within, and each owner of real property located within, the county;

(2) on the Utah Public Notice Website created in Section 63F-1-701, for four weeks;

(3) in accordance with Section 45-1-101, for four weeks; and

(4) on the county's website for four weeks.
