Sec. 181.101. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter:
(1) "Equipment" means a line, wire, cable, pipe, conduit, conductor, pole, or other facility for the transmission of community antenna or cable television service.
(2) "Person" means an individual, firm, or corporation.
