Text of section effective on April 01, 2021
Sec. 8893.0004. CONFLICTS OF LAW. (a) This section applies only to a provision of Chapter 36, Water Code, enacted on or before June 12, 2017.
(b) If there is a conflict between this chapter and Chapter 36, Water Code, this chapter controls.
