Sec. 8363.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:
(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.
(2) "City" means a municipality in whose corporate limits or extraterritorial jurisdiction the district is located.
(3) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
(4) "Director" means a board member.
(5) "District" means the Bearpen Creek Municipal Utility District of Hunt County.
