Sec. 8013.401. APPLICABILITY OF LAW ON WATER-RELATED SPECIAL DISTRICT THAT BECOMES PART OF NOT MORE THAN ONE MUNICIPALITY. Section 43.075, Local Government Code, applies to the district.
