Text of section effective on April 01, 2021

Sec. 5018.0001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of commissioners.

(2) "Commissioner" means a board member.

(3) "District" means the Orange County Navigation and Port District of Orange County, Texas.
