Sec. 5012.0108. GENERAL AUTHORITY TO MAKE CONTRACTS AND EXECUTE INSTRUMENTS. The authority may make a contract or execute an instrument necessary or convenient to exercising a power, right, privilege, or function conferred on the authority by this chapter.
