Sec. 3983.0308. ADDING OR EXCLUDING LAND. The district, with the consent of the governing body of the city by resolution, may add or exclude land in the manner provided by Subchapter J, Chapter 49, Water Code, or by Subchapter H, Chapter 54, Water Code.
