Sec. 3973.0101. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "County" means Liberty County.

(3) "Director" means a board member.

(4) "District" means the Tarkington Management District No. 1 of Liberty County.
