Sec. 3943.0101. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:
(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.
(2) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
(3) "County" means Harris County.
(4) "District" means the Channelview Improvement District.
