Sec. 3932.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "City" means the City of Missouri City.

(3) "County" means Fort Bend County.

(4) "Director" means a board member.

(5) "District" means the Missouri City Management District No. 2.
