Sec. 3922.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "City" means the City of Mesquite.

(3) "County" means Dallas County.

(4) "Director" means a board member.

(5) "District" means the Mesquite Medical Center Management District.
