Sec. 1025.060. DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR; ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR. (a) The board shall appoint a qualified person as district administrator.

(c) The district administrator serves at the will of the board and is entitled to the compensation determined by the board.
