Sec. 43.553. QUANTITY THAT MAY BE TAKEN. (a) The permit may allow the fish farmer to take a specified quantity of fish brood stock reasonably necessary for the operation of the fish farm but limited to the extent necessary to protect the availability of fish in public water.
(b) The commission's rules must set guidelines regarding reasonable quantities of fish brood stock that may be taken under this subchapter.
