Sec. 1603.001. GENERAL DEFINITIONS. (a) In this chapter:
(1) "Commission" means the Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation.
(2) "Department" means the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
(3) "Executive director" means the executive director of the department.
(b) Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the definitions in Chapters 1601 and 1602 apply to this chapter.
