Sec. 1103.355. DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES FOR APPRAISER TRAINEES. (a) The board may reprimand an appraiser trainee or suspend or revoke an appraiser trainee's license to act as an appraiser trainee for a violation of this chapter or a rule adopted under this subchapter.

(b) A disciplinary proceeding under this section is governed by Chapter 2001, Government Code.
