Sec. 61.226. APPLICATION OF SUBCHAPTER TO CERTAIN ISLANDS AND PENINSULAS. The provisions of this subchapter do not apply to any island or peninsula that is not accessible by a public road or common carrier ferry facility as long as that condition continues.
