Sec. 1575.151. TYPES OF COVERAGES. The trustee may include in a plan any coverage it considers advisable, including:
(1) life insurance;
(2) accidental death and dismemberment coverage;
(3) coverage for:
(A) hospital care and benefits;
(B) surgical care and treatment;
(C) medical care and treatment;
(D) dental care;
(E) eye care;
(F) obstetrical benefits;
(G) long-term care;
(H) prescribed drugs, medicines, and prosthetic devices; and
(I) supplemental benefits, supplies, and services in accordance with this chapter; and
(4) protection against loss of salary.
